Job Responsibilities

  • Advising and reporting to clients on issues relating to risk management, internal controls and corporate governance;
  • Assess clients’ risk exposure and contribute to the improvement of risk management and control systems;
  • Review the effectiveness and adequacy of clients’ systems of internal control, and identify and recommend improvements to clients’ processes/controls;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of accounting, financial and other processes, and evaluation of reorganization-driven risk;
  • Contribute to appropriate skills of the CGRM team (i.e. training, coaching/mentoring and etc.)
  • Interact with all levels of clients’ management;
  • Up to 25% travel requirements.
